Fees
My rate for everything is $450 per 50-minute session.
I can also connect you with the associates that I supervise who charge $200 per session and may have sliding scale.
I offer occasional sliding-scale slots depending on availability.
Payment is by credit card and is billed within one day of session.
Insurance
I accept insurance as an out-of-network provider for all PPO plans, including: Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Blue Card, HealthNet, United Healthcare, Cigna, Optum, Magellan, Value Plus and many others, depending on your coverage. You pay the full fee upfront and your insurance company reimburses you directly.
I can call your insurance on your behalf in order to find out what your coverage is.
